As previous training matches, this will be a combination of return to rugby (which we have been playing at training) and a contact training game for the last part of the session. This means that EVERYONE can play and get involved.

The changing rooms/showers will be open to use after (so bring a towel and clean cloths to get changed into). Ladies/Juniors may not have access to showers – tbc

Meet: 11am at Bees (Wagon Lane, Bingley BD16 1LT) or 12noon at Keighley RUFC (Skipton road, Utley, Keighley, BD20 6DT)
Kick Off: 12.45pm – 2pm

Please be at Keighley Rugby Union Ground for 12noon (Skipton road, Utley, Keighley, BD20 6DT) or contact Dan Cookson if you need help with transportation.

After the match all players are welcome to stay and watch the Keighley v Baildon – Yorkshire 2 match – 3pm Kick Off
